Arrival at the Charlotte Airport
Upon your arrival at the Charlotte Airport please proceed to baggage claim. If your plane is late check your cell phone for a message from the Hickory Hop concerning your scheduled "Hop". We will NOT leave you stranded! The shuttle will either wait or you can take the next scheduled shuttle at no charge. We pick up in Charlotte on the baggage claim level. See drawing below and if you like print out the Charlotte pick up location map and take it with you!

Once you have your bags in baggage claim please give us a call at our dispatch number, 828/312-0488. We will let you know exactly when we will be there to pick you up!

If you have to wait for the shuttle please feel free to wait at The Charlotte Bistro located on the baggage claim level between baggage claims C and D. We will call you on your cell or at the Bistro if you do not have a cell, when we are about 5 minutes from pick up.

We pick up on the baggage claim level outside doors "A" and "D" only. Cross over the first lane of traffic to the median where all the shuttle busses pick up and look for the green and blue bus with the bunny on the side!
