Arrival at the Charlotte Airport
Upon your arrival at the Charlotte Airport please proceed to baggage claim. If your plane is late check your cell phone for a message from the Hickory Hop concerning your scheduled “Hop”. If you miss your scheduled shuttle you will be placed on the next available shuttle at no charge. We pick up in Charlotte on the baggage claim level.
Once you have your bags in baggage claim please give us a call at our dispatch number, 828-312-0488. We will let you know exactly when we will be there to pick you up!
If you have to wait for the shuttle please wait inside the terminal or outside the terminal if you please and weather permits.
NEW PROCEDURE !!!
We now pick up on the baggage claim level on the shuttle lane in Zone 1! All other zones are no longer available for shuttle services. Please exit through door #1and you will be at the teal blue columns with the number “1” on them labeled Off Airport Shuttles and watch for the green and blue van with the white bunny on the side!
