The Hickory Hop will give full refunds for cancellations received 24 hours or greater in advance of reservation time. No refunds will be given for cancellations received within 24 hours of reservation. Rescheduling within 24 hours of reservation is available at an additional cost of $10

There is no additional cost for changing “HOP” pick up times at the Charlotte Airport due to airline delays. Call 828/327-2340 to cancel.

All reservations made for The Art of Living Retreat Center are non-refundable.
